At our May business luncheon, Colonel Bill Roscher, USA retired, received the MOAA National President’s Leadership Award from our Chapter President Colonel John Ady. Bill received this prestigious award for his hard work and leadership over the years as a member of our Board of Directors and our Chapter Treasurer.
